ကမ္ဘောဒီးယားနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာသံအမတ်ကြီးဦးကျော်စိုးမင်းက ကမ္ဘောဒီးယားနိုင်ငံသား မစ္စတာ သောမဝဏ္ဏအား သာသနာတော်ဆိုင်ရာ ဘွဲတံဆိပ်နှင့် အဆောင်အယောင်များ ပေးအပ်ခဲ့ခြင်း

ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော် နိုင်ငံတော်စီမံအုပ်ချုပ်ရေးကောင်စီက  ကမ္ဘော ဒီးယားနိုင်ငံမှ Buddhist Sakyaputta International Institute တည်ထောင်သူနှင့် ဒုတိယ အကြီးအကဲဖြစ်သူ Mr. Som Vannak (သောမဝဏ္ဏ)အား ချီးမြှင့်သည့် ၂၀၂၄ ခုနှစ်အတွက် “သဒ္ဓမ္မဇောတိကဓဇ” သာသနာတော်ဆိုင်ရာဘွဲတံဆိပ်နှင့် အဆောင်အယောင်များ အပ်နှင်း သည့်အခမ်းအနားကို ၁-၉-၂၀၂၄ ရက်တွင် ဖနောင်ပင်မြိုရှိ Buddhist Sakyaputta Interna- tional Institute ၌ ကမ္ဘောဒီးယားနိုင်ငံ၊ Paññāsāstra University မှ ဂုဏ်ထူးဆောင် ပါရဂူ ဘွဲ့ချီးမြှင့်အပ်နှင်းသည့်အခမ်းအနားနှင့် ဆက်စပ်ကျင်းပခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။

ပထမဦးစွာ ကမ္ဘောဒီးယားနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာသံအမတ်ကြီးဦးကျော်စိုးမင်းက မိန့်ခွန်း ပြောကြားခဲ့ရာ Mr. Som Vannak အနေဖြင့် ဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာခိုင်မာတိုးတက်ရေးအတွက် ကြိုးပမ်း ဆောင်ရွက်မှုများနှင့် ဆဋ္ဌသင်္ဂါယနာမူ ပိဋကတ်(၃)ပုံနှင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှ ဗုဒ္ဓကျမ်းစာများကို ခမာ ဘာသာသို့ ရေးသားပြန်ဆိုခြင်းအပါအဝင် ကမ္ဘောဒီးယားနိုင်ငံ၌ ဗုဒ္ဓသာသနာထွန်းကားပြန့်ပွားရေး စွမ်းစွမ်းတမံဆောင်ရွက်ချက်များကြောင့်  ထိုက်တန်စွာအသိအမှတ်ပြု ဂုဏ်ပြုချီးမြှင့်ခြင်းခံရခြင်း ဖြစ်ကြောင်း အလေးထားပြောကြားခဲ့ကြောင်းနှင့် အခမ်းအနားအစီအစဉ်အရ မြန်မာအစိုးရ ကိုယ်စား Mr. Som Vannak အား “သဒ္ဓမ္မဇောတိကဓဇ” သာသနာတော်ဆိုင်ရာ ဘွဲတံဆိပ်နှင့် အဆောင်အယောင်များအပ်နှင်းခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။

ထို့နောက် သံအမတ်ကြီးဦးကျော်စိုးမင်းနှင့်ဇနီးတို့က ၂၀၁၃ ခုနှစ်နှင့် ၂၀၂၂ ခုနှစ်များ တွင် မဟာသဒ္ဓမ္မဇောတိကဓဇ နှင့် မဟာဂန္ထဝါစကပဏ္ဍိတ ဘွဲ့တံဆိပ်(၂)ခုရရှိခဲ့သည့် ကမ္ဘော ဒီးယားနိုင်ငံ၊ ဝပ်လင်္ကာစာသင်တိုက်အကြီးအမှူး ဆရာတော် ဆမ်ဒတ် ပရယ် ဓမ္မလက္ခိတပဏ္ဍိတ နှင့် ကမ္ဘောဒီးယားနိုင်ငံသို့ ခေတ္တရောက်ရှိသီတင်းသုံးလျက်ရှိသည့် ဆရာတော် တိပိဋကဓရဘန္ဒန္တ ဝါသေဋ္ဌာလင်္ကာရတို့အား လှူဖွယ်ပစ္စည်းများနှင့် ဝတ္ထုငွေများ ဆက်ကပ်လှူဒါန်းခဲ့ကြောင်းနှင့်  အဆိုပါအခမ်းအနားသို့ မြန်မာစစ်သံမှူး(ကြည်း၊ ရေ၊ လေ) ဗိုလ်မှူးချုပ်တင်အောင်ဆွေ၊ သံရုံး ဝန်ထမ်းများ၊  သင်တန်းသားရဟန်းသံဃာတော်များ၊ ကမ္ဘောဒီးယားနိုင်ငံမှ ဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာဝင်ဒါယိ ကာ၊ ဒါယိကာမများ ပါဝင်တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။

A conferring ceremony of Religious Title SADDHAMMAJOTIKADHAJA offered by the State Administration Council of the Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to Mr. Som Vannk, Vice-Chancellor and Founder of the Buddhist Sakyaputta International Institute of Cambodia took place in conjunction with the conferment of Honorary Doctorates and Honorary Doctoral Degree by Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia on 1 September 2024 at Buddhist Sakyaputta International Institute in Phnom Penh.

Firstly, H.E. U Kyaw Soe Min, Myanmar Ambassador to the Kingdom of Cambodia, delivered a remark that underscored Mr. Som Wunna received well-deserved recognition for his exceptional contribution and devotion towards promoting and strengthening Buddhism as well as his utmost efforts in carrying out the promotion of Buddha Sasana in Cambodia by translating Tripitaka and Buddhist scriptures into the Khmer language. According to the agenda, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, H.E U Kyaw Soe Min presented SADDHAMMAJOTIKADHAJA title and insignia to Mr. Som Vannk.

After that, H.E. U Kyaw Soe Min and wife donated offertories to the Chief Abbot of the Wat Langka Kosomaram, Venerable Samdech Preah Dhammalikhita Dr. Sao Chanthol, who got two religious titles of MahaSaddhamaJotikadhaja in 2013 and MahaGanthavacakaPandita in 2022, and Venerable Sayadaw Bhaddanta Tipitakadhara Vasettharlankara, temporarily residing in Phnom Penh.

At the ceremony, Brigadier General Tin Aung Swe (Military, Naval, and Air Attaché), staff of the Myanmar Embassy, Bhikkhu from the Institute and Buddhist devotees also presented.
