ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်တွင်း လူသားချင်းစာနာမှု အကူအညီအထောက်အပံ့ပေးရေး၊ ပြန်လည်နေရာချ ထားရေး၊ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးစီမံကိန်း

၁။ နိုင်ငံတော်၏အတိုင်ပင်ခံပုဂ္ဂိုလ် ဒေါ်အောင်ဆန်းစုကြည်မှ ဥက္ကဌအဖြစ် တာဝန်ယူဆောင် ရွက်မည့် “ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်တွင်း လူသားချင်းစာနာမှု အကူအညီအထောက်အပံ့ပေးရေး၊ ပြန်လည်နေရာချထားရေး၊ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးစီမံကိန်း “ကို အောက်ဖော်ပြပါ အဓိက လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်ကြီး (၃)ခု ဖြင့် ဆောင်ရွက်သွားမည်ဖြစ်သည်-(က) လူသားချင်း စာနာထောက်ထားမှုဆိုင်ရာ အကူအညီများ ထိထိရောက်ရောက် ပေးအပ်ရေးနှင့် ဒုက္ခသည်များ ပြန်လည်လက်ခံရေး။(ခ) ပြန်လည်နေရာချထားပေးရေးနှင့် ပြန်လည်ထူထောင်ရေး။(ဂ) ဒေသဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးနှင့် ရေရှည်ပဋိပက္ခကင်းဝေးရေး။၂။ အဆိုပါ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးစီမံကိန်းတွင် နိုင်ငံတော်အစိုးရနှင့်အတူ ပြည်တွင်း/ ပြည်ပနိုင်ငံ အဖွဲ့အစည်းစုံ ပါဝင်နိုင်မှု၊ ကဏ္ဍစုံ/ အလွှာစုံပါဝင်နိုင်မှု၊ လုပ်ငန်းမျိုးစုံ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်မှုတို့အတွက် ရည်ရွယ်၍ ဖွဲ့စည်းဆောင်ရွက်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ၃။ ပြည်သူပြည်သားများ၊ ပြည်တွင်းNGO များနှင့် CSOများ၊ စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းရှင်ကြီးများ ပူးပေါင်းပါဝင်ကြရန်နှင့် ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးအတွက် ပံ့ပိုးကူညီပေးရန် ကမ်းလှမ်းထား သည့်နိုင်ငံများ၊ ကုလသမဂ္ဂအေဂျင်စီများ၊ World Bank နှင့် ADB ကဲ့သို့သော ဘဏ္ဍာရေး အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ Nippon Foundation ကဲ့သို့သော INGO အဖွဲ့အစည်းများနှင့် မိတ်ဆွေနိုင်ငံများ ပါဝင်ကြရန် ဖိတ်ခေါ်လျက်ရှိပါသည်။၄။ အဆိုပါစီမံကိန်းနှင့် ပတ်သက်၍ သတင်းအချက်အလက်များနှင့် လှူဒါန်းလိုသူများ ဆက်သွယ်လှူဒါန်းနိုင်မည့် ဘဏ်စာရင်းများကို http://rakhine.unionenterprise.org/ အင်တာနက်စာမျက်နှာတွင် အသေးစိတ်ဖော်ပြထားပါသည်။

Union Enterprise for Humanitarian Assistance, Resettlement and Development in Rakhine-UEHRD1.

The government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar has established the “Union Enterprise for Humanitarian Assistance, Resettlement and Development in Rakhine”, chaired by the State Counsellor Daw Aung San Suu kyi, and there are three main tasks to be undertaken:(a) To give repatriation and effective provision of humanitarian assistance to returnees;(b) Resettlement and rehabilitation of all displaced communities;(c) Establishment of sustainable peace, stability and development.2. The enterprise has been established with the aim of allowing the Union Government and all local and international organization to work in all sector and strata of society.3. To develop the Rakhine state, we have invited those who wish to assist us; UN agencies, financial institutions like the World Bank and ADB, INGOs like the Nippon Foundation and friendly countries and all the people of our country, local NGOs and CSOs, Business leaders to work together in cooperation.4.
