Requirements for Employment Visa

1. Original Passport with at least six months validity and available visa pages.

2. Duly filled one Employment Visa application form with two photos taken within the past six months. The “Visa Form” and “Work History Form” must be filled completely.

3. An invitation letter and an appointment letter from Myanmar Company with a copy of its valid registration certificate from Myanmar Investment Commission/Ministries concerned.

4. Copy of Flight Schedule/ Itinerary.

5. Incomplete applications will be rejected at the counter.
