Information on “International entrances/exits gate between Myanmar & India”
- The citizens from Myanmar, India and third countries, who hold the passport with valid visa, E-Visa have the right to enter and exit through the International entrances/ exits gates of Tamu- Moreh and Reedhorda – Zowkhawtar.
- The person who holds the border pass has the right to enter and exit the respective border areas, and those who live permanently in these border areas are permitted to cross the border through the respective entrances/ exits gates.
- The border pass has the valid of one year starting from the date of issued and can extend to another one year.
- The person who can stay for up to two weeks and has the right to multiple entry in the other treaty-bound country’s border areas of both countries.
- Those persons who hold the diplomatic passport and special passport can enter and leave through the respective entrances/ exits gates according to the agreement procedures for Visa Exemption between Myanmar and India.

The Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar will allowed for those who hold the valid passport with visa to enter and exit from Myanmar through the International entrances/ exits gates at Tamu- Moreh and Reedhorda – Zowkhawtar starting on 8-8-2018.
Therefore, the Embassy of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in Phnom Penh would like to request to kindly render assistance for distributing the information leaflet for ” International entrances/exits gates between Myanmar & India ” to all travellers through your prestigious company.
