Airticket Fee Deposit (Only for Myanmar wife who is a dependent on foreigner)

Requirements :

(a) Application Form ( Return Airticket Form )

(b) Original and copies of Passport (photo page and visa validity page)

(c) Copy of the list of Households (If applicable)

(d) Marriage Certificate(Original and Copy)

(e) Copy of passport (or) ID Card of Spouse
