Issuance of New Passport / Renewal Passport

Myanmar Nationals, who are legally residing in Cambodia and holding Myanmar passport which will be expired within one year, can apply for the renewal of passport at the Embassy in person. The following documents are required for processing:

Requirements

(a) Application Form (New Passport Application Form)
(b) Curriculum Vitae
(c) Three photos (white background and 4cmx6cm)
(d) Passport (original and copies of all pages)
(e) National Registration Card
(f) List of Households
(g) Foreign Employment Card and Recommendation Letter from Work
(h) Employment Contract Letter
(i) Recommendation Letter if the applicant is dependent
(j) USD (40) for the new passport
