Requirements for Business Visa

1. Original Passport with at least six months validity and adequate visa
pages.

2. Company’s registration (Reception period must be at least one year

3. Current activities/ operation of the company

4. Updated extract Form of the company

5. Guarantee letter for applicant from the Board of Directors of the Company

6. Tax payment of fiscal year 2020-2021,2021-2022,2022-2023 (or) Audit report of the company (or) Income tax payment of the company

7. Duly filled CV form of the applicant which includes 2″ x 1.5″ size photo, Education, Skill, Occupation, Permanent address in Cambodia

8. Applicant’s Job title and duties at company

9. If the applicant visits Myanmar for second time, income tax payment certificate during his stay in Myanmar must be submitted of his duties period in Myanmar

10. The staff list of company in Myanmar (Name, Position, Passport, ID card, Phone number)

11. Duly filled visa applicant form

12. Copy of Flight Schedule/ Itinerary

13. Incomplete applications is subject to reject.
