Requirements for Crew Visa

1. Original Passport with at least six months validity and available visa pages.

2. Duly filled one Crew Visa application form with two photos taken within the past six months. The visa form and work history form must be filled completely.

3. For Crew members from air line:

• The Invitation Letter by a local air line/ recommendation for employment as current crew member.
• The Permission/ Recommendation by the Ministry concerned recognizing the airline.

4. For Crew on a special flight:

• The Recommendation by the country concerned to certify that the special aircraft is used for the official visit by the Head of State or Government.
• The Landing Permission by the Ministry concerned and application by Sponsor Company for the crew and personal undertaking in the event of a special aircraft owned by private individuals.

5. A Copy of Crew License.
