Requirements for Religious Visa

1. Original Passport with at least six months validity and available visa pages.

2. Duly filled one Religious Visa application form with two photos taken within the past six months. The “Visa Form” and “Work History Form” must be filled completely.

3. Sponsorship Letter from the Myanmar Meditation Centre/ Monastery/ Venerable Sayadaw in Myanmar.

4. Copy of Flight Schedule/ Itinerary.

5. Incomplete applications will be rejected at the counter.
