Requirements for Social Visa

1. Original Passport/ Travel Document valid for no less than six (6) months with at least two (2) successive empty visa pages.

2. Duly filled one Social Visa application and Work History Form with two photos taken within the past six months. The forms must be filled completely.

3. Letter Addressed to Ambassador

4. One Completed CV form. Those who visited Myanmar for the second time or more within one year may require completing the CV form.

5. The parents request letter and their passport copies are needed for accompanying children application if apply visa separately.

6. Prove of ex-Myanmar citizenship. Either a copy of national registration card or card number or a copy of proves document expressing relationship with Myanmar citizen relative.
