Requirements for Tourist Visa

1. Original Passport with at least six months validity and available visa pages.

2. Duly filled one Tourist Visa application form with two photos taken within the past six months. The “Visa Form” and “Work History Form” must be filled completely.

3. Document as an evidence of the visit either copy of air ticket/ itinerary, confirmation letter from the tour operator or hotel reservation.

4. Incomplete applications will be rejected at the counter.
